I always come to Modern Nails whenever I'm in town. Cindy is by far the best nail tech I've ever come across. I asked her to do a set of Astros nails and I couldn't have ask for a better nail tech to do it. Cindy did an amazing job, she got really creative and gave me a gorgeous set.
